Thursday, April 21, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Official opening at 12 a.m.
Friday, April 22, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
Saturday, April 23, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

MOUNTING AND EXPOSITION LAYOUT: Tuesday, April 19, 9 a.m.-8 p.m.
Wednesday, April 20, 9 a.m.-10 p.m.

ATTENTION! Exhibitor is responsible for the transport of exhibition articles both to and from exhibition and for completing all customs formalities.
For staying in the fair premises at hours other than mentioned above exhibitors and their subcontractors will be charged 500.- EEK /per hour.

Entrance of exhibitors to the fair premises on fair days:
Thursday, April 21, 8 a.m.
Friday, April 22, 8 a.m.
Saturday, April 23, 8 a.m.

Departure of exhibitors:
Tuesday, April 19, at 8 p.m.
Wednesday, April 20, at 10 p.m.
Thursday, April 21, at 6.30 p.m.
Friday, April 22, at 6.30 p.m.
Dismantling and removal of the exhibits:
Saturday, April 23, 4 p.m-8 p.m.
Monday, April 25, 9 a.m-8 p.m.

ATTENTION! Removal of the exhibits from the stand before the closing of the fair is strictly prohibited.

The exhibitors` identity cards will be issued by the receptionist in the fair hall lobby, starting with Tuesday, April 19.
Handing over your identity card to other persons in strictly prohibited! and these identity cards will be confiscated.

Supplementary orders on exhibition furniture and services will be received by the Receptionist.
The surcharge on orders placed during fair days i.e. within April 19.-23. is 50%.

The admission of the Maamess 2005 will be held on Friday 22nd, at 8 p.m.- 11 p.m. in nightclub Pattaya (Turu 21). The official Maamess 2005 admission afterparty Uuno hullud 90ndad (Radio Uuno Crazy 90-s) back in Tartu! Legendary Estonian ensemble Kuldne Trio. Hits of the 90s DJ Rauno Märx and DJ Ahto Kruusmann. The nightclub will be opened to citizens at 11 p.m.

On the first floor of the club Pattaya there is a retro-style Cruise Club YELLOW SUBMARINE (nice place with cosy sofas, nostalgic music and smaller dance hall), which will be opened at 10 p.m. and the entrance is for free for Maamess 2005 exhibitors. According to the participation terms each company is entitled to 2 (two) invitations to the inauguration party

On Wednesday, 20th and Thursday, 21st of April, free entrance to Õlle Tare (Aleksandri 42) and nightclub Pattaya (Turu 21) for fair exhibitors (Maamess 2005 flyer needed). The second floor of Club Pattaya emphasizes the privacy. Behind every door in the second floor a different private world appears- cognac room, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, captain’s room.
